Manufacturing and customization of jewelry
Where are the jewelry made?
Each pair is handmade by me in my workshop in Walhain (Belgium).
What materials are they made of?
The earrings are made of polymer clay. The findings (hooks, studs, and fasteners) are made of stainless steel or gold-plated, suitable for sensitive ears.
How is the color chart chosen?
I create my own color recipes using pigments and polymer clay blends. The color chart changes with the seasons, and each shade is unique.
Can I personalize my jewelry?
Yes, most of my creations can be adapted (color, attachment). Do not hesitate to contact me by email: leslubiesdegigi@hotmail.com .
Orders & Payments
From which countries can I order?
I only deliver to Belgium and the European Union.
What payment methods are accepted?
Bank card (via secure payment) and PayPal.
Is it possible to modify or cancel my order after payment?
No, each piece of jewelry is made to order, it is not possible to modify or cancel an order once it has been validated.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to receive my order?
- Manufacturing time: 5 to 7 working days after your order.
- Delivery: 2 to 5 working days in Belgium and 5 to 10 working days in Europe (indicative times).
How is my order shipped?
Orders are sent by post with a tracking number, communicated by email upon shipment.
Can I track my package?
Yes, you will automatically receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
What if my package is late or marked “delivered” but I haven’t received it?
Contact me by email at leslubiesdegigi@hotmail.com . I will help you with the procedures with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order if it doesn't suit me?
Yes, in accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Earrings must be returned unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging .
Return costs are your responsibility (except in the event of an error on my part or a defective product).
⚠️ For hygiene reasons, worn earrings, as well as personalized or custom-made creations, cannot be returned .
How long does it take to get my money back?
Reimbursement is made within 14 days after receipt of the return , by the same means of payment used when ordering.
Maintenance & Repair
How do I care for my jewelry?
- Clean with a soft, dry cloth (optionally water + mild soap if necessary).
- Avoid contact with water (swimming pool, shower), perfumes and chemicals.
- Store in a dry place, away from moisture.
My jewelry is broken, can I get it repaired?
Yes, I offer a two-year after-sales service. Please contact me by email at leslubiesdegigi@hotmail.com before sending anything. You are responsible for return shipping costs, but I will cover the cost of returning the item after repair if the defect is manufacturing-related.
